Good for you! I sometimes feel like a total failure as a travel blogger because when I’m traveling is when I LEAST feel like writing about traveling. You’ve worked your tail off for an awesome trip, and you want to sit back and live in the moment, not be constantly wi-fi hopping. That said, I do try to journal so I have some memories to come back to when I do sit down to write.

With ATMs being so simple to use, bringing travelers checks is generally more hassle than it is worth. Most people bring travelers checks as a security precaution, just in case their bank cards are stolen. But who is to say you will not have your travelers checks stolen as well?

I really need to get off the grid. My last trip was week-long press trip to Puerto Rico, so I had to write about every single detail! I guess this is a common problem among us travel writers and bloggers, no?
